Training

Once the SMUTI system is set up with the correct parameters from the laboratory testing and calibration, it is ready to use. Inbye offers training to site engineering teams in how to use the thermal imaging camera and the SMUTI software. This typically takes 1-1.5 hours. The camera is very easy to use and the software is also very intuitive.

Usually the client's representatives and tunnel designer also attend so they understand what is going on. Sometimes also inspectors and foremen attend.

1. lAB TESTING

First you send small samples of your shotcrete ingredients to Inbye's lab for testing

2. CALIBRATION

Then we need to spray some shotcrete on site so we can calibrate the system

3. TRAINING

The system is ready to use so all we need to do is train your site engineers - this literally takes less than an hour!
